2. How We Use Your Information

We use customer information solely for legitimate operational and business purposes:

• Calculating location-specific pricing and material delivery quotes.
• Processing orders, dispatching trucks, and verifying site unloading.
• Sending transactional order confirmations, delivery status updates, and GST tax invoices.
• Processing cancellations and eligible weight-difference balance adjustments.

3. Location Information

To deliver heavy aggregates and sand, we collect your delivery site location via address search, browser geolocation (with your permission), or map selection. Location data is used strictly to calculate delivered material pricing and navigate transport trucks to your site.

4. Google Sign-In

When you sign in using Google, we receive basic authentication profile data (your name, email address, and avatar image) from Google to authenticate your account and link your order history. We do not receive or store your Google account password.

5. Google Maps and Location Services

Our website uses Google Maps APIs for address autocompletion, map geocoding, and site selection. Your interactions with Google Maps features are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and Cashfree

All online payments are securely processed by Cashfree Payments, an authorized and RBI-compliant payment gateway. Avani does not capture, process, or store sensitive credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. Payment processing is governed by Cashfree's privacy and security terms.

7. Transactional Communications

• Cloud Infrastructure (Supabase): Secure hosting, database storage, and identity authentication services.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: When required by Indian law, GST authorities, or valid court orders.

9. Sale of Personal Information

Avani Building Materials does NOT sell, rent, trade, or commercialize customers' personal information to third parties for monetary or other consideration.
