1. About Avani

Avani Building Materials operates an online platform for ordering bulk construction materials (such as aggregates, M-Sand, plastering sand, and GSB) delivered to construction and infrastructure sites within Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Who Can Place an Order

Orders may be placed by site contractors, builders, developers, or individual property builders who are at least 18 years of age and authorized to receive bulk material deliveries at the specified site.

3. Product Information & Delivery Location

Material specifications, visual representations, and descriptions on our platform describe the standard commercial grades delivered. You are responsible for ensuring that the selected material grade and truck size are appropriate for your construction requirements and site access conditions.

4. Pricing & Quote Validity

Construction material pricing is location-based and calculated specifically for your selected delivery site. Pricing follows the transparent Price + GST = Total structure. Applicable GST is shown clearly as part of the order pricing before payment.

Online quotes are valid for approximately 30 minutes from calculation. If a quote expires prior to payment completion, or if your delivery location is updated, rates are recalculated based on current market and transport conditions, and the updated price must be accepted before payment is finalized.

5. Truckload Orders & Actual Weight

Materials are dispatched in full truckload configurations, available in 35 Ton Truck and 46 Ton Truck options. Actual delivered tonnage may vary slightly based on certified scale measurements at the dispatch weighbridge and moisture conditions.

6. Online Payment

Orders must be paid in full online via our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments (supporting UPI, Net Banking, and Debit/Credit Cards). An order is confirmed and scheduled for dispatch only after payment verification is completed.

7. Delivery Time

Delivery is generally targeted within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, subject to material availability, truck scheduling, site access, traffic restrictions, weather, and operational conditions in Bengaluru. Delivery timeframes are operational estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

8. Site Access & Unloading Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site has:

• Adequate road width and overhead clearance for heavy commercial dump trucks (35 Ton / 46 Ton).
• A safe, stable, and unobstructed ground area suitable for tipping and unloading.
• Authorized site personnel present to verify receipt and guide unloading.

If access is not possible, Avani may coordinate an alternate suitable unloading point. If a materially different delivery location requires additional travel, extra charges may apply.

9. Actual Delivered Weight & Refunds

Orders are initially billed based on the maximum capacity of the selected truck configuration. When certified weighbridge slips show that the actual delivered quantity is lower than the quantity billed, the applicable balance is refunded. Weight-difference refunds are normally processed within 1 day after delivery.

10. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it reaches Confirmed status. After confirmation, quarry loading or truck dispatch operations may already have commenced, and cancellation may no longer be available. 11. Material Issues & Complaints

Any significant material discrepancies, foreign contaminants, or quantity concerns must be noted upon delivery and reported to Avani within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence and the delivery challan number.

12. GST & Invoices

Applicable GST is shown as part of the order pricing before payment. An official GST Tax Invoice is generated electronically for paid orders and is accessible via your account or with your order number and contact credentials.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for fraudulent purchases, submit false contact or delivery information, attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure, or interfere with order processing or security systems.

14. Changes to Terms

Avani reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
