Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it reaches Confirmed status. Once an order is confirmed, supplier fulfillment, material loading, or transport dispatch may already be underway, and cancellation may no longer be available.

2. Delivery Once Arranged

After an order has been confirmed and delivery arranged, fulfillment operations are active. If site or unloading access issues occur at your site, Avani may contact you to confirm a suitable unloading arrangement.

3. Cancellation Refunds

Eligible cancellation refunds are normally processed within 7 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Cancellation by Avani Building Materials

If Avani Building Materials is unable to fulfill or cancel an order due to operational constraints, material unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, the total amount paid for that order will be refunded in full.

5. Truckload Weight and Balance Refunds

Bulk construction materials delivered in 35 Ton Truck and 46 Ton Truck configurations are measured using certified weighbridge scales. Actual delivered quantity may vary slightly based on weighbridge measurement, truck tare weight, and moisture or loading conditions.

Customers are initially billed using the applicable maximum billing quantity for the selected truck size. If the actual delivered quantity recorded on the weighbridge slip is lower than the quantity billed, the applicable balance will be refunded.

Weight-difference refunds are normally processed within 1 day after delivery.

6. Refund Method

Avani contacts the customer to confirm payment details and payout mode where required prior to processing the refund transaction.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or report a refund query, please contact Avani with the following information:

• Order Number (e.g. AVN-2026-000001)
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number or Email used during checkout
• Reason for the request
